Give me advice on how to make things better

I'm aware that you are weary of hearing about this, but...

...the vast majority of these are not "jobs".

I am with those who would divide this into two partitions (under one major heading)...

OPPORTUNITIES
- education
- employment

I agree. Much of the content does not fit the header. I would alter the header to reflect what gets put into that forum, most of which are not paying gigs/professional positions, but are simply openings in someone's private studio.

Perhaps you need to revisit the idea that we need an area to post openings in school studios or summer festivals because we get a lot of traffic for that. A Jobs forum — while not used all that often — is an important resource. Cluttering it up with what amounts to free advertising for schools is not really cool. And this *is* what this forum is being used for: free advertising for schools.

There is a hugely different audience (and need) for forums that advertise paying positions or career opportunities where you make money versus "positions" where you PAY money. Not the same at all. And weeding through this forum can be tedious. The two are polar opposites being dumped into one, big bowl, here.

For all you do, this " target="_blank's for you.

I really am growing to dislike dividing the forum any more, but I did make a change

I, for one, like the change you made. It makes the section clearer to understand what's there. Good Job!
