I actually thought this CD title was out of print, but it's not! I tracked it down, and have it available for $15 plus shipping (and tax if you reside in the People's Republik of Kalifornia).
It was originally released on Summit Records, and is now available on the D'note label. Everything else is exactly as before.
If you order it with something else I'm slingin' (like a mouthpiece or a poster), I'll take care of shipping.
