New Wessex Euphonium with tuning trigger

I am pleased to announce that Wessex Tubas are introducing a new 4 valve compensated euphonium fitted with main tuning slide trigger to be called the 'Dolce Cantabile'.

The Wessex 'Dolce' euphonium already has very good tuning, but the tuning trigger allows the player to fine tune while playing, particularly useful in the higher register.

A 'Dolce Cantabile' will be at the US army tuba/euphonium conference this weekend to be tried.

Normally $200 more expensive than the 'Dolce', up until end February we are taking orders for the new model at the same price on payment of $200 deposit.

Normal price for the 'Dolce Cantabile' will be;

Silver with gold valve caps - $1,500 ($1,300 for orders during Februuary)
Lacquer with gold brass bell - $1,350 ($1,150 for orders during February)
Limited number of lacquer (yellow brass bell) with trigger for ONLY $1,100 for orders during February

The 'Dolce' euphonium without trigger will still be available at;

Lacquer - $1,125
Silver - $1,225

All Wessex euphoniums are uniquely fitted with off the bell leadpipe at more ergonomic angle, both pull ring and button water key on 2nd valve slide, 4th valve water keys, better positioned lyre block, improved stainless steel valves with nylon guides and nickel bottom bow protection plate for greater resistance to denting.

The standard Wessex euphonium was already preferred in 'blind' test to a leading brand, and this new version is even better!
