We like to announce our new c trumpet that will be available in august. Pictures and video's will be up this weekend. Like all the instruments we carry, there is a lot of testing to see if they pass the grade to make it on to our site and this is another great one.
Brian Strawley, associate principal trumpet with the Richmond symphony tested the horn and liked it so much took it home and used it on the Alabama symphony principal trumpet audition. Although he did not win the job, he did make it as runner up.
We are also adding an all gold brass rotary flugal horn shortly. This trumpet has a great warm sound and was like butter in Brian's hands.
Over the next two months we have about 340 instruments arriving to our shop gearing up for the school year, if we don't have something in stock now, it is on the way.
There will be a new batch of the 5/4 CC piston Wisemann tubas arriving in September and like I have said in the past, this will be the first tuba to win a major audition in the US on a horn made in China. Of course, its all about the player behind it. But this model rivs anything made in Europe in all areas to include build quality.
Cheers
Tom
