I am offering my ca.1925 Conn Sousaphone for sale. It is an original raincatcher model with the specs of the 38K. Never lacquered nor silver plated. It is undoubtedly the best playing and sounding Sousaphone that I've had the privilege of playing or owning. It is quite imposing when in playing position with the bell towering about 3 feet above the player's head. It accepts the modern Conn gooseneck and bits. I am reluctantly willing to part with it for $2750 plus shipping. Price dropped to $2500. PM or email me if interested.
