I’ll add my own praise to their customer service. I bought a used Festivo from Baltimore Brass. I wanted to get some back up valve guides just in case. Usually they include them, but mine didn’t have them. The previous owner must have taken them out of the case, because everything else was included. Even the polishing cloth and instrument catalogue.

I spoke with Steve Marcus and he put me in touch with Chuck Nickles. Very quickly Chuck sent me four valve guides and a new mouthpiece case at no charge. It was very nice to set me up and do it so quickly.
