We are very excited at Wessex to be introducing what we think will be the ultimate front piston F tuba - our new TF556 ‘Washington’.

Chuck Nickles, designer of the new tuba says;

The pitch is super easy and the low end is effortless. I haven’t been this excited about an F tuba in a long time.

The new tuba will be first revealed at special event at Wessex Chicago showroom on Saturday May 25th (more details shortly) - and then exhibited at ITEC the following week.

Wessex front action F has taken a while to realize, but we are sure when you try, you will find was more than worth the wait!

Care to share any more details, such as size (bell/bore)?
Is it going to be hand hammered sheet brass like the the British F?
