Mack Brass Attending SERTEC 2020

Post by MackBrass »

Mack Brass will be attending SERTEC April 2-4.

Come stop by our booth to check out our new models as well as current inventory. We will be featuring our new 4/4+CC piston, BBb with 4 and 5 pistons as well as our 6/4, all york style tubas that will blow you away. All our york style tubas have a bore of .757 for the first 3 valves, 4th valve is a .797 and the 5th is a .867.

We will also have our new 5v and 6v symphony F tubas there, these are the real deal with 5 different bores from 17mm to 21mm but have a much better low register than the originals and the best pitch of any f tuba available today. Some of these are not on the website but will be shown soon.

Even if your not in the market please come by just to say hello.

It will definitely be there, we will have the 16' and 14.3" bell versions as well as a sample of everything else that is on our site. The production 4/4+ ZO should be here in time for the show and that will be there as well.

I really enjoy going to those, and it would be great to chat with Tom !

(bump)

Well we are planning on attending more conferences as they come up so I am sure we will cross paths in one way or another. Now that we have broken the ice with the Army conference preparing for others will get easier. This fortunately for me there are no more busy playing seasons as I am passing most things up. The only thing I will be doing, and this is what will keep me playing is filling in for Richmond when needed. My plan was to retire from all playing this year as i just dont have the time to keep up the chops but with so many amazing new horns we are bringing out i am getting the itch once again. Our new symphony F in the 5 and 6 valve are ready for production and our new piston F should be ready soon, added with our 4/4+ and 6/4 CC, there maybe just be another audition or two headed my way. Before Chris signing on fulltime with us it was impossible to attend any of the conferences in the past.

Over the next week or two we will be adding the following to our new site that Chris has taken full control of all changes so far and improved it tremendously and there will be other improvements to come.

We will be adding several used instruments that I have taken in on trades or purchased over the past few years.

The new symphony F will be added.

The 4/4 CC will be finally added as it's now in the production phase and on the way to us as I write this.

Most of all the other pictures on the site will be updated as we have made so many changes/improvements to our existing models
