Oh, my. That is beautiful. Wish I wasn't too old to buy and make use of that horn. I purchased my Bach Strad trumpet (#7665) in about 1947. It was made in New York City (Bronx?), well-prior to the Mt. Vernon move. Joe Alessi's father, 2nd trumpet Met Opera Orchestra for 40 years, came to my house sometime in the 1990's to test my trumpet. He had a "thing" for old Strads and sometimes tracked them down to test.

I don't see any info besides the pics. Does that mean it's off to be replated?

...not yet, so the pricing remains the same.

I'm getting a bunch of repair work in...sort of surprisingly, but gratefully.

If I bump it up to "new appearance", I'll probably bump up the price c. $300.
It will play $0.00 better.
Sorry, I wasn't clear. I can only see pictures for the facebook post, so I still can't tell what the offered price is.
