I'd assume that it is machined and then hardened, which makes it easier. Not sure, but that would be my guess.

Thats great I'm glad to see more improvements on the baer gw mp's. Ivan told me several months ago that they were going to design one with a sharper lip on it good to see they've devoleped one. I currently use the cc baer mp and absolutely love it!, I had been playing an old helleberg with a sharper bite so at first I wasn't to kean on the more rounde lip but it has since grown on me. It's almost as if I didn't know how to play on a comfortable mp . This new mp sounds like it's going to be a real player!
