Jacob Fantasia- brass band

Does anyone have the brass band score and parts for jacob's Fantasia for Euphonium and brass band? having serious trouble locating it. Seems to be out of print. Help????

I didn't know it was also arranged for brass band. The solo part I have has woodwind cues in it - appears to be for Euph and Wind Ensemble. Boosey & Hawkes 1973.

I have a recording of robin Taylor and Grimethorpe, so I know it was done for brassband.
