Esquire cover-- Southwest Air and tuba

Anyone know what the tuba (in the Esquire cover hanging on the wall in this picture from a NY Times article) had to do with Southwest Airlines?

The issue subject was "The Best in America", and a tuba is, well, full of hot air... :P
Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?

It's too bad you didn't post the text copy with the picture. Is the woman sitting in that room the same woman on the Esquire cover?

Esquire used to be a good magazine. Now it's too much like the Rolling Stone.
