Hey,
So I was just wondering for the folks who do this, do you do the whole routine in one sitting every day or just parts. I've been messing with it a little lately and it wears me out pretty quickly. I know some big time pros who use it and I wanted to get a few takes on how they use these.
thanks,
Bill

Re: Bell Routine
Bumping this up. I’m curious to know anyone out there doing this routine and how you approach it? There’s a manuscript version out there that’s different than what’s been published I’m told.

Funny, I hadn't visited this board in months only to find an old response of mine on the first thread. 2006? Wow.
