Given the bell diameter of 60 cm (ca. 23.6"), and doing an "eyeball tracing" of the overall length based on that, I'd guess it's a Bb tenor (same length as a baritone or euphonium).

I have often tried (half-heartedly) to buy a set of three of these - Jupiter branded- for my quartet to use in parades. Our tuba player already has a full size sousaphone.
