Ebay Pictures

Post by trseaman »

If Ebay sellers take digital pictures to show their item... Then why do they upload crappy images? With this auction, some are very clear and others are out of focus. Check out this auction!

That one is odd, cause the hard pictures were in focus but the easy ones were blurred.

Unless . . . it was intentional . . .

Take a good look at the fuzzy ones--does that bell look bent and dented? It does to me.

Most digital cameras have a switch/button type thing to change between "close up focus" and "far away focus." It looks like the guy who took the pictures forgot to change it off "close up focus." I've done that more than once, and it only becomes readily apparent once the images are enlarged to full size on the computer.

I don't think it was the camera's fault, I think it was the operator's....

Maybe so! But also his choice to allow crappy photos instead of re-taking for better images.

An Ebay auction without pictures should have an awesome description. An Ebay auction with great pictures requires no description. Good pictures speak a 1000 words! My thoughts anyways...

Always fun to wonder why people do what they do...
