It's from waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much time on the boards, dude. Thank God I take the boys to go swimming once a day, and get the @&%$!! out of the house. Tuba and computer is no way to go through life.

Is that some sort of a counterweight hs has wedged in the back near the tuning slide?

You gotta love it when your bass bone is large enough can roll up your gig bag and stuff it in the wrap. Although there are those who want me to do that with my tuba, the bell, that is, but are disappointed when I tell them I don't have a gig bag!
