I believe points should be subtracted from the player for beers consumed before the audition and points added for beers bought for the player by the board members after the audition.

If you have a TubeNet Audition, then Rick Denney would win. All others bow to his superiority.

Not if actual playing was required.

Just cut a couple of those BBb's down. I think we ought to award bonus points for having a modified, shortened horn :P

Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?

Believe me, if you heard me play, watching is all you'd want to do. You'd prefer to do that front a soundproof enclosure, just like my neighbors.

Rick has one of those, also.

Hey, Rick: have you used your eBay project F lately for anything?

Perhaps some sort of secondary bonus...
Tubas that actually play well and present a good value actually take points away. Preference is given to instruments that played so poorly that some past professional couldn't tolerate it and sold it off, hopefully at a price higher than one of those good players.

Only if they actually burst out in laughter...

And then only if it is old enough it had to be converted from high pitch to low pitch.
