King 2341 5th valve

Post by Davidrn1 »

Anyone done this? I thought there was a person that did it a while back.

I am thinking about putting one on my old style horn. I actually like i tbetter than the new one I had. Anyway, I am looking for parts and advice on how, and where, to do it.

Any help would be great.

Has been a while since I have posted here.

Oh, now I found it! It's Sam Gnagey. The reason I put his name out, is that he makes some Frankenstein-eske tubas, out of the cut valve section of a 2341, adds a fifth valve, and replaces the bell with a bell of one of the York E-flat monsters.
