There is some astounding tuba playing on The Houston Symphony Rouse Flute Concerto/ SYmphony No.2 CD.

There is a brass chorale in the third movement of the flute concerto around 6:45, that will blow you away. Dave Kirk, need I say more. I'm not sure which horn he is using though. It was recorded in 1997, so I think its the Alexander, but it could be the Nirschl. It sounds spectacular though. :lol:
