How about, "Gesu Bambino" or "O Holy Night"?

I recently worked up some of the arias from Handel's Messiah on tuba. I found that "Comfort Ye...Every Valley" (tenor recit/aria) was really nice and not too hard. "For who may abide" (bass aria) makes a very nice solo as well.
