Question about Midwest B&O conference

Post by Alex F »

Does anyone know if you can purchase a "day pass" for Midwest? I've seen the extensive program on the web site but can only go for a few hours due to time constraints. Being so close to the holidays, it's a tough time to schedule a conference but they must have their reasons for doing so.

Thanks in advance.

Yes, you can buy a day pass it might cost $50-$75 though just to get into exhibits - this is a sour subject for exhibitors since many do not come because of the cost then they hit steep exhibitor fees. Here's the Midwest web site: http://www.midwestclinic.org/default.asp

Who else is going to Midwest this year?

I'll be working there Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday--except when I sneak out to try some tubas at the other displays. I won't be in my booth much of Thursday afternoon because I'll be at the CSO Brass concert at Orchestra Hall and playing a concert with Chicago Brass Band in the early evening.

Please say hi at my booth, The Beautiful Sound/Chicago Piano Superstore, in the Northeast Exhibition Hall.
