Tuba Christmas Chicago on YouTube

Post by DaTubaKid »

Hey guys, my dad recorded tuba chrismas the other day, so I decided to put it up on youtube. Here's a link to Adeste Fidelis. My dad did a slide show of pictures he took during the performance. I'll probably put up the rest of the songs too, but only the audio files. We ran out of pictures

And now here's Deck the Halls!

Hope you enjoy!

Well done Dad. For being there and supporting you - Give him a hug - we [dads] are an endangered species.

Best wishes

Hey! I was there. I played a concert at Roosevelt and a couple of us came over and did the TC thing. The guy who played the "santa" solo on "Santa Wants a Tuba" (Dave Porter - ASAF) was the other one.

This was my first HUGE TC (Nashville usually has 100-150 players. It was interesting how much slower the tunes became with the much larger group. The hall was gorgeous, though... and the crowd was great.
