On eBay occasionally there is a good copy of a Wick 3 that goes for cheap; it really did well on the H B Jay Eefer I tinkered with some months ago. I also tried a Wick 2, which is similar to an 18 , as well as a 24AW, and a Mike Finn 4. I know now why a lot of guys like the 24AW for Eefer, but I didn't like the rim, and the tone wasn't the best for me. The MF 4 gave the best tone, but it was the same diameter as a Wick 1 or an oversized 18, and with its more rounded rim, which my lips perceived as thinner and less comfortable, it was too tiring for me. The Wick 2 gave the best low range, but the high range suffered, of course. The Wick 3 copy gave the best overall results: good low range and pedals, solid intonation through the registers, deep enough for good tone without being too deep, and secure high register that didn't sound thin or tire too easily.

I've got one of these too. Mine is an 1895 model in silver with lots of engraving on the bell. I also like how it plays. These are nice little horns. I got mine off eBay for a couple hundred less than what Baltimore Brass is asking for theirs.

I still haven't ordered a special mouthpiece to fit the receiver, I am not sure which cup to get yet. I have been keeping my eyes open for a good used Wick small shank mouthpiece for sale but haven't spotted one yet. I hate paying full price for a mouthpice I might not like and nobody around here stocks them so I can't test play one either.

But in the meantime I have tested all my standard shank mouthpieces, even though they don't insert all the way, and my Dillon G3 seems to work the best. In fact I like the sound and response of it in this horn quite a bit. But I only use them for fun and haven't performed with them yet.

If you like the Bach 18 rim better, try a Wick 3, 4 or 5 for your Eefer. The rim of the 3 is between the 18 and the 24AW, and the 4 & 5 rims are also rather narrow, because the mouthpieces are cut on smaller blanks.

Yes it did, but the zipper is broken so it doesn't zip up all the way. But it does fit the horn.

I don't know, first hand, how big the 621 F is, so I can't say if they are similar in size.
