I wonder if the HB-50s have suffered in quality since they began manufacturing parts?

The one I have is handmade and was purchased before they switched the name to HB-50. I wish I would have been there to give the one at the show a try. I've heard that these horns varied greatly when they were handmade, and actually have experience with that, as the one that I have plays better than the one Custom sent out for me to try for a few months.

I'd be curious to know if anyone has noticed inconstancies in the HB-50s and/or the HB Grand Orchestral models.
