Ultrasonic cleaning near ATL

Does anyone know of a repair shop near the Atlanta metro area that does ultrasonic cleaning and that can accomodate a Miraphone 188 or a small F? Thanks.

Thank you, Robert. Rich has already done good work for my wife and I.

I'm specifically interested in ultrasonic cleaning of a brand new horn, specifically the rotors and casings, to remove residual metal filings, rouge, etc. that chemical cleaning doesn't remove. I'm afraid that there isn't anyone in the immediate area, and am willing to travel (a little) to get it done.

I have had access to both ultrasonic and just chemicals and did a blind test on a couple of trumpets. I hate to say it but in my opion the ultrasonic is just a gimmick. I don't believe that it does any better of a job than the right chemicals and the right techniques would do. Just my opion and don't mean to throw my beliefs onto other people. I think if you have tech. that does good work then let him help and don't get sucked into gadgets.

BTW . . . I met Jean Larrivee in Germany. His shop builds very nice guitars.

Great quality, made in Canada and the USA
(Mostly made in Canada Painted in the USA).
We just picked them up... haven't even seen too much from them here yet.

as long as there aren't any air pockets the ultrasonic machine goes anywehere in the tub.

I'd argue... When I clean a horn, the insides come out bare brass. It can get where I can't see and clean there as well. I suppose if someone wanted to be nitpicky and and scrub everything, they'd probably take a couple of hours to get it perfectly clean where they could see it.
