Christian Lindberg & Motorbike Concerto

I was fortunate to have the chance to hear Mr. Lindberg's Concert here in Budapest two days ago. He played the David Concerto, and the Sandström Motorbike Odyssey. I liked it very-very much. I'm so happy 'cause I had the chance to meet Mr. Lindberg, and Mr.Sandström during the intermission too. However I totally forgot to ask them about the and of the Motorbike piece: If you know the Concerto: what is the meaning of the end of the piece? After a big glissando passage, Mr Lindberg turns many time around and as he stops he screams ! And the last tone is like sombody comes to heaven. Is that what was meant, that the rider dies and then comes to heaven or something else?

I know its not a instrumental, or breathing question but maybe somebody knows the answer.
