As far as just the accompaniment, you could always enter the score into finale and make yourself a smartmusic accompaniment...

Played it on my February recital. Eugene Dowling's The English Tuba has a great recording, though the CD no longer for sale. I got it at school through Inter-Library Loan...check it out if you get the chance!!

I actually found a used copy on amazon.com, so you might get lucky...
