Recently a Conn 32K was offered to me for sale.
It had all the looks and feel of a 14K. Is there any difference between the two, other than age (32K is pre WW2, 14K post )?

Although they have the same size bell and bore, according to the Conn Loyalist, the 32K "lightweight" is actually a couple of pounds heavier than the 14K Director, and also has some shoulder reenforcement bracing. I assume there must be rings, bracings, ferrules and valve caps differences, as well. According to Conn, the 32K was designed as a pro horn, the 14K as a school horn.
Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?

Could be about the same horn. Variants on the same theme include the Cavalier (of which I play one) and the Pan American.
