My point exactly. (cue music of a patriotic sort)....Where else but in America can you find a place so open minded that even the notes of Arnold Schoenberg are regaled in such an eglatarian fashion. Ladies and Gentlemen, this is a great day for the notes of music to stand up and be heard in all their individual glory, a day when they can co-mingle with their brother notes and form something that is totally unique to the listening experience that it gives joy to all peoples regardless of Race, Creed, Color, or stylistic leanings. I say that the freedom of notes is one of America's most basic virtues...Let Freedom Ring...with any notes of it's choosing. Good night, God Bless, and God Bless America in Bb, C, F#, or any key, with any notes you choose (music fades, pictures of happy, shining people populate the screen, a beautiful sunset fades to black...)windshieldbug wrote:So does Schoenberg. Never associated him with the 4th, though.Chuck Jackson wrote:No Copland, but I will play some music that uses alot of the same notes
