I know this tuba very well as I have logged quite a few hours on it myself and I have heard Doug support full brass sections with it as well as solo on it and frankly this tuba ROCKS!! and he has babied it, so it is like new. I find this tuba significantly easier to play than any of the other piston F tubas on the market (that actually sound good). This tuba has an absolutely usable scale and a flexible sound that can fit into whatever situation needed. This is a particularly good example of this model of tuba.
Whoever purchases this will be getting a great tuba that is next to new and is much cheaper(if you can even find one in stock) than one straight from a dealer.

I use a PF-125 all the time and am EXTREMELY happy with it. I also thought I should mention that I've heard rumor that Gronitz's production is going to be slowing down significantly because of a staffing issue... so it may be VERY HARD to find the Gronitz tubas you want in the near future. Looks like a good deal on a great tuba.
