Hey guys, I'm in the market for a larger CC tuba. I'm looking right now at the 188, or possibly a VMI Neptune. I am located in Long Beach, and I would have to test play the horn. I'm looking to spend in the ball park of 4,000-6,000.

Matt, I've got a 188 that I will sell. It's Michael Lind's old orchestra contrabass. I bought it through Bob Tucci at his shop in Eichenau. Comes with a Miraphone hard case with the rollers. PM or email me at jonesbrass (at) hotmail dot com. It's a really fantastic example of the 188.
