Bach themselves did, back in the ice ages. I've got one, but you'd have to pry it from my cold, dead baritone. Maybe you could find one like it used...
Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?

You might try an SMB4 or an SMB6. Both are small shanks.

<edit> Sorry, I just noticed that you need a medium shank. This wouldn't help then...

*What has been your guys experience in ordering a mouthpiece with a custom shank from Schilke?

I have a Shilke 60 with a small trombone shank that they made for me many years ago. Works fine on my Bach 42 with the standard adapter. Back in my Army Field Band days, I occasionally used it on a Besson euphonium with the standard Besson adapter. I think the reason I asked for the small shank was to have the flexibility to use it on either horn.

When I was playing my Amati 3+1, I settled on the Kelly 5G.

Although they didn't have them listed in the catalog or on the web site, WWBW had the DEG mouthpieces too if you called them. I got 51D and 6.5 AL.
