Music Stores in NYC

Post by mTaUrBkA »

What are some music stores in NYC that would have CC tubas and/or Bass Trombones? Or any neat music stores worth checking out for that matter?

Well, if there ever were a reason for crossing the river into Jersey, Dillon's is it! That would be my first stop every time. 8)

my friend and I are taking this little trip just to go to Dillons, and we figured while we drove 6 hours to get there...might as well check out some music stores in NYC too!

Years ago, Giardinelli was the place (even people from Jersey went there). Before that, it was Carl Fischer. Carl Fischer has long since gotten out of the musical instrument business. But Giardinelli moved upstate. Then they were bought out. Now they're in Oregon.
