Jupiter has one with five valves ... four for pitch and one for spit.

There was a 5 valve Cerveny helicon for sale on ebay a couple of years ago. The 5th valve was a long whole step to "convert" it between CC and BBb. It had been restored by the owner years ago and had been sitting up but in beautiful condition; it eventually sold for around $2500.
