Great opportunity for music students in Massachusetts

Post by erictuba »

Hi everyone,
I will be teaching again this summer at the Summer Music Festival in Hingham, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for students ranging from elementary school through college. The program features three wind ensembles, a phenomenal jazz program as well as chamber music programs and additional opportunities. I will also be offering free private lessons during the camp.

Music Director: Frederick Harris Jr.
Jazz Ensemble Director: Stephen C. Massey

Brass Faculty:
Trumpet: Matt Ara and Michael Keough
Horn: Megan Riccio
Trombone: Todd Millen
Tuba & Euph: Eric Laprade

Much more detailed information is available at:
http://sscmusic.org/summer_music_festival.html

There are scholarships available.
Please contact me if you are interested.

Thanks,
Eric Laprade

Bump for Eric.

High school students in the area ought to check this out. I sat next to Eric many moons ago before he went on to Eastman - he is a GREAT player and a free lesson with him is a real bargain.

Steve Massey is also a cool guy.
