Euph solos with string accomp
Hello I have a student that will be participating in a solo competition here in Texas. He is an advanced student but not advanced enough for the modern works. All of the Concerti I have are all crazy stuff like Cosma and Linkola. Is there some not as insanely difficult solos or concertos for euph, trombone, or similar that have string accomp that are withing reach of a advanced HS freshman. Any help or suggestions would be great!

He wrote 'Music of the Seasons' for me and we are awaiting the chance to get it on a programme with a string orchestra over here in the UK.
It's a great 4 movement work.
