The last I saw or heard, Gary played a Yamaha F.
It's been a while, but I went to undergrad school with Gary. Fine player and musician.

Too big to be a Yamaha YFB-621, in my opinion.

Sorry...it may very well be a Willson, but it is definitely an F...those that know the piece well or have perfect pitch can tell by the fingerings.

Does anyone know who did that arrangement or which publisher it comes from (if it's available)?

Thanks tubashaman.
I know what the piece is and have performed it before. I just wondered who did the arrangement for wind band. Any idea?
