Czardas euphonium arrangements
Does anyone have an opinion on which arrangement of Monti's Czardas is best? There are two different arrangements on Hickey's Music, and then there's the Childs version as well. Is it just the specific key, or range, or what?

Re: Czardas euphonium arrangements
For Euph I know the Childs version and don't care much for it.
Part is TC only and is in written C (concert Bb).
Sits well enough under the fingers but the whole middle section melody is handed over to the piano.
Several good tuba versions but don't know any others for euph.
If it were me I'd get a violin copy and do my own version. Probably dirt cheap too... Think original key is D btw.
Good luck.
