A very unusual American-style airpath for a pre-1930 British tuba. Any serial #? Readable photo of the engraving?

Nice beast!

Identical to my 4v E flat cavalry tuba, Hawkes Empire model, 1912;

When I spoke to Denis Wick a few months back, he was full of admiration of the workmanship of the Hawkes & Sons instruments, particularly euphoniums & tubas.
