grants for tuba performance??

Post by Jobey Wilson »

Hello all,
I'm performing the Vaughan-Williams with one of my orchestras next April, and the p.m. just emailed asking if there were any particular grants/foundations to fund tuba performances... I know very little about grants; I have only performed under grants that composers acquired, themselves. Any ideas/experiences?? Thanks! jobey

I'm not sure if this helps, but I would look into the Harvey Phillips Foundation Inc. I searched on Google for a website of the Foundation but didn't have much luck.

However, if you go to http://www.tubachristmas.com" target="_blank there is contact info.
