Breathing Exercises / Daily Warm-Ups

Post by Kevin Lilley »

I already have a daily drill that I have designed for myself and changes from week to week, but I am looking for some new ideas. If you wouldn't mind, post a list of exercises and warm-ups with time lines. It would be much appreciated and I would possibly start to use some of your ideas.

I use the Brass Gym as the basis of my warmup every day. I feel like I have significantly more flexibility early-on in my playing day when I warm up with it.
