I still think this is so funny that it's actually high art!

I usually hate stuff like that, but this one is so far over the top, that I bust a gut every time I here it.
I wonder if I could save it as a ring tone?

I'm a trumpet doofus also but I thought that was great!

When I was playing trumpet all the time, I had a range to E but rarely had to use those notes up there. A rich low and midrange always was more important than the screamers.

Unfortunately, many trumpet players feel screaming = good playing and that clip posted lampoons that fallacy.

"This is why there is not "Trumpet Christmas."

It's only funny because it's true.

But they, how does everyone else thing it sounds when all of us pedal the last note of tuba Christmas.

Or is that just me?

... and here I thought it was only because they couldn't FIND any 2nd, 3rd, or 4th trumpets! :P
Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?

I am convinced that 90% of the problems with rhythm, tone, intonation, articulation, technique, and overall prowess on the horn are related to air issues.

This is a new one on me - I've been playing it over and over again.

Who did this? - Is it live or did someone sanple a couple of notes off an old Maynard album and go berserk with Cakewalk or something.

I just googled this topic and I'm getting hits from every brass player forum on the planet.

Ahh - it was done by someone called the tasteebros but their website doesn't seem to work.

Regards

Can anybody give me some technical advice on how to save this little gem as a ringtone?

I decided to play this for the boss. Her dog started barking in circles! I laughed my @$$ off - so did she!
