There are plenty of trombone duet books out there, and most of them work well with the second part played down an octave. If you want some challenging stuff try Jack Gale's jazz duets for trombone.
There are also some fine Mozart horn duets that have been arranged for two tubas, with the higher part going well into the euphonium range. Check the Tuba-Euphonium press. You can't go wrong with Wolfgang.
