I don't think that you can go wrong with either Dave Fedderly at Juilliard or Don Harry at Eastman.

You should talk to Marty Erickson at UW-Milwaukee. There are assistantships that you can apply for, not to mention that Marty is an EXCELLENT teacher!!! If you have any questions just shoot me an email and I can put you in contact with him, or I can give you my phone number and we can talk on the phone. I am a teaching assistant and project assistant (a little of both) at UW-Milwaukee and being at the school has been a great experience for me.
