Guardala mouthpieces are very coveted, especially when Dave was the one who actually made them. I think this price more reflects the fact that Dave is in serious legal trouble, and will probably spend the rest of his life in prison than the actual worth of this mouthpiece.

What's interesting to me is that the person perpetrating these scams may be using the name of a dead person, since Dave seems to have disappeared on 9/11. Identity theft has all kinds of uses.

It seems that this isn't a case of identity theft.
