There's a tuba solo with brass band called 'Frosty the Snowman', it's somewhat jazzy. I'm not sure who the publisher is, or if there's a piano reduction...

There is a book of Canadian Brass tuba Christmas solos. They come with piano acc. and an accompaniment CD. All quite nice. Also, I've used the Frackenpohl "Studies on Christmas Carols" for solos as well. They are a bit more austere, but fun to play.

If you use the Canadian Brass, I would alter the arrangements by playing a verse up an octave, or ornamenting and whatnot. They are pretty straightforward, but that's what they are, right, simple music. Nothing wrong with that!!
