Haven’t seen that brand until now. And to me it doesn’t sound like a Besson, Boosey, or Hawkes model. The British makers had lots of stencils made for them in especially Czechoslovakia, but also in the GDR and in Italy, but I don’t recall them making stencils themselves.

However there were quite a few British makers prior to WWI. Aside of the above I have names like Highams and The Salvation Army in my memory, but there may have been others as well. One maker had prison inmates working for him.

Did Revere symbolize the dreaming of an escape?
