Thanks to the 135 that came out yesterday--it was a very good concert! Good to see old friends and make some new ones, too. Having the antique instrument show was cool, too--this year a Bb ophicleide, coupla helicons (one Eb, one Bb), a nice OTS tuba, from about 1855, and a very nicely overhauled double barreled euph.

Thanks again--we'll do it again next year!

First time in the audience (thank you, medical professionals!). The balance was very good, intonation good (with small exceptions), blattiness moderate (I had a couple marching baritones/flugabones/whatever playing the first part) pointed at me, and definitely not muddy.

Jingle Bells sounded musical. What threat did you use?

I hope it sounded that good when I was playing!!

Well done to the crew.

"OK NOW I WANT EVERYONE TO RAISE YOUR RIGHT HAND." It was much better for the performance hahaha.
