The wrap on that Jupiter has a slight similarity to that large 191X Conn tuba that was eBay little ways back.

I'll make it easy. Full shot of both sides of the horn. Even include the logo. Turn your monitor sideways. A little blurry because I was not using flash.

You even got the year! Serial number puts it at 1919. Odd size mouthpiece -- I'm SOL if I lose it. Unplated valves still tight.Tubaing wrote:Holton Eb low pitch circa 191X-192X?

Elephant, I can't see the horn you are asking for because there is a Yamaha YFB-621 in the way. Edit?

The bell off one of those is what used to be in my fish pond! The bell is now on a Willson somewhere out west. I have a complete valve section for one of those.SplatterTone wrote:You even got the year! Serial number puts it at 1919. Odd size mouthpiece -- I'm SOL if I lose it. That's a Besson leadpipe...not enough in the shot to really garner any more info (other than it looks like a small one...probably an Eb).Tubaing wrote:

Much easier...that's your JW Pepper high-pitch Eb (the engraving gives it away). I thought you sold that?Tubaing wrote:How bout from this angle?Tubaing wrote:
