Inaugural parade

Post by eupher61 »

I noticed the USAF souzies with nylon mouthpieces. I couldn't see enough of the USMC or USN bands to tell if they were, and I missed TUSAB completely.

Pretty cool.

Interesting to hear some of the music chosen by the non-military groups...  :tuba: :tuba:

Silly request:
Could someone from the USMC Band post the set list from the Capitol stage? I heard a few things behind the NPR coverage that I really couldn't hear well enough to identify.
And, at one point, the commentator mentioned "Stars and Stripes" when it was "The Liberty Bell" that was being performed.

Good to see FAMU in an early spot! The have done so much to revive interest in marching bands... Seems to me that CSPAN's rebroadcast of the parade is a bit choppy - they have dropped out a lot, but at least the sound quality is better than this year's Rose Parade.
